Delete your Aroha account
From the app (instant)
- Open Aroha and tap your avatar to open your Profile.
- Go to Settings → Your data.
- Optional: tap Export my data first to keep a copy.
- Tap Delete account and confirm with your password. If you signed up with Google and never set a password, type DELETE instead.
Your account is deleted immediately.
Without the app
If you can't open the app any more, email us from the address you signed up with. We will confirm the request and delete the account within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account: name, email, password and the link to your Google account if you used Google sign-in.
- Your profile: body stats, tape measurements, goals and targets.
- Everything you logged: meals and custom foods, workouts and sets, water, sleep, weight check-ins, habits, tasks and missions.
- Sign-in sessions on all your devices and any pending email codes.
- Your Evolution Points, stage and streak.
Nothing is kept on our live database. Encrypted server backups age out within 30 days. We don't keep any of your data after that.
